Job Purpose
AMAN is building a performance-led, scalable marketing function to support its next phase of global growth. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end digital funnel — from demand creation through to qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
This is not a channel-maintenance role. It is a hands-on growth position focused on building campaigns, systems and insight that directly support commercial outcomes across multiple geographies, with a strong emphasis on supporting the MENA market.
You will work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product and regional leaders, while reporting into the UK-based CMO.
Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Own the digital demand engine: awareness → engagement → MQL → SQL → pipeline.
- Design, plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns aligned to revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to improve lead quality, deal velocity and conversion.
- Support regional and sector-specific growth initiatives, particularly across sectors and regions.
- Own ABM planning and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Own HubSpot as a revenue engine (not just email): automation, workflows, scoring, attribution.
- Build clear dashboards showing funnel performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Continuously test, optimise and scale what works.
Web, Performance & Conversion
- Drive website performance as a conversion asset (UX, journeys, CRO).
- SEO and paid acquisition experience in a B2B environment.
- Translate insight into action — landing pages, offers, flows and CTAs.
Market & Regional Insight
- Bring strong understanding of the MENA market, buyer behaviour and cultural nuance.
- Apply experience from other geographies to support global expansion and consistency.
- Work with regional teams to localise growth strategies without fragmenting the brand.
Experience required
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation roles.
- Experience operating across regions; MENA experience is essential.
- Comfortable in a scale-up environment: pragmatic, curious, accountable.
Skills required
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and funnel analytics.
- Project Management and Stakeholder management (Trello, Mondays, etc).
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
