Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role will directly support the growth of the AMAN brand in the Kingdom, while being part of the wider Themis global marketing function. The role bridges local execution and regional collaboration, ensuring that Bahrain-specific campaigns and activities are aligned with our global standards and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, and have a background in marketing, advertising, or communications. You will be hands on in delivering campaigns across social media, video, events, and content working closely with sales, customer success, and local partners. Training in Themis marketing tools and systems will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Execute local marketing campaigns to build AMAN’s brand presence in Bahrain, while aligning with Themis regional/global strategy.
- Manage and grow AMAN’s social media channels in Arabic and English, creating engaging and culturally relevant content.
- Support video production and localised content adaptation, ensuring materials reflect the Bahraini market.
- Partner with local stakeholders, agencies, and collaborators to originate campaigns and content.
- Coordinate and deliver local events (conferences, roundtables, client seminars) in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Adapt and align global collateral and content for local use, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance and provide input to the regional marketing team.
- Stay up to date on local market trends, media, and cultural drivers to inform campaign direction.
Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- Experience in social media management and content creation (video, digital, copy).
- Experience supporting events and activations is a plus.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions (sales, customer success, global marketing).
- Strong project management skills (i.e. Trello proficiency) as well as a proactive, creative mindset, with an eye for detail and cultural nuance.
