Job Purpose
AMAN is building a high-impact, performance-led marketing function to support its next phase of global growth. We are hiring a Graphic Designer to play a central role in shaping how AMAN looks, feels and communicates across all channels.
This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who can combine strong visual craft with strategic thinking — from concepting new visual approaches to delivering high-quality, long-form marketing collateral. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
Initially the role will be heavily production-focused, and over time career progression into Creative Lead and brand ownership roles.
Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development
- Uphold Themis’ brand, purpose and positioning whilst turning it into compelling visual assets.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all marketing materials.
- Experiment with new visual styles, layouts and imagery to keep the brand modern, creative and distinctive.
Marketing & Campaign Assets
- Design marketing assets across digital and print channels (campaigns, events, social, web).
- Create impactful brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks and sales enablement materials.
- Support product launches, reports and thought leadership with strong visual storytelling.
Long-Form & Editorial Design
- Own layout and pagination of long-form materials, including reports, magazines and newspapers.
- Design complex documents with clarity, hierarchy and strong visual flow.
- Ensure high production standards for print and PDF outputs.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with the CMO and wider Marketing team from brief to final delivery.
- Directly support Sales requests on occasion, to improve Presentations and RFPs for example.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Experience required
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a marketing, brand or creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concepting and polished execution.
- Demonstrable experience producing long-form editorial and marketing collateral.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up or B2B environment is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in an office-based team.
Skills required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for fast-turn and collaborative design templates.
