Job Purpose
The Product Manager at Aman plays a key role in shaping, developing, and delivering products that meet customer and market needs. Working closely with cross functional teams, and aligning with our strategic goals, you'll own the complete product strategy and roadmap for one or more product lines. Working autonomously to drive significant business outcomes, you will manage the product lifecycle, drive innovation, and ensure that our offerings continue to deliver value in an evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product strategy and roadmap for your domain in line with Aman’s mission and commercial goals
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, launch and iteration
- Help to shape go-to-market strategy, partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimise product positioning, and monetisation
- Conduct user research, gather insights and analyse market trends to identify product opportunities
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Engineering, Insight, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform product decisions and improvements, connecting product decisions to business impact
- Contribute to product vision and innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and value
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development remains user centric and impact focused
- Support a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team
Experience Required
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within technology, financial services, RegTech or ESG sectors
- Bachelor's degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Business Analytic, Math, Statistics, or related field
- Proven track record of managing complex digital products across the full development lifecycle
- Familiarity with AI/ML product integration and how these technologies can transform product value and user experiences
- Proven track record of driving successful business outcomes through product strategy, with demonstrable impact on revenue, user adoption and/or market position
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross functional collaboration
- Strong background in user research, data driven decision making, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms, APIs or risk and compliance technologies is desirable
- Experience working in high growth, mission led or fast paced tech organisations is highly advantageous
- Experience with transaction monitoring, payment screening or risk monitoring solutions is a bonus
